Office Manager

The client based in the healthcare industry is currently seeking an office manager for their South Carolina branch with a team of 10 (client coordinators, marketers, administrative personnel) working with a client base of up to 200. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a lot more growth than the regular office manager role as you will have the responsibility to open 2 more offices and become a regional manager within a short space of time.


  • Represent management and the business owners
  • Maintain Quality of Company internally and externally
  • Maintain compliance with all corporate, federal, state and local regulations
  • Manage and maintain excellent customer satisfaction at all times
  • Compliance with: Corporate standards, DHEC standards, Department of Labor standards, HIPPA Standards, OSHA, IRS Standards
  • Maintain all systems, policies and procedures up to date for possibility of any “walk in” audit
  • Responsible for all records including: Client records, Contracts, Communications and billing

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Job duties and training/cross training, schedules and PTO
  • Yearly evaluations, performance bonuses
  • Coordinate and lead daily meetings with staff
  • Adherence to employee policies and procedures
  • Maintain and manage all local marketing efforts.
  • Maintain local physical plant including: cars, furniture, computers, phones, office appearance
  • Make weekly management reports to main office including: operating, marketing and payroll
